Routine, Routine, Routine!

I have learned this week that if I don't adopt a routine then I will be doomed.  I am not a loosey goosey type of person but I like to wing it quite often.  I usually don't know what I'm eating until I get hungry or don't know what I'm wearing until its time to put something on....just to give you an idea.  What are some helpful ideas to get me into a robotic notion?

So, on Tuesday, I went to the fitness program that I spoke about in my previous post.  For the first hour we walked round a local farm.   Since I live in NYC, I was very skeptical.  They had everyone taste their tomatoes and I rubbed the damn thing for about 10 minutes before I decided to eat it.  A inspiring chef then made a Bulgar salad.  It was quite nice.  For the second hour we went inside to workout.  I was nervous weighing in.  The scale scares the crap out of me.  It said that I was down from 291 to 290.........in 4 days?  It could be a matter of different scales but I didn't let it bother me.  My measurements were down about 2 inches from June's measurements, so that's cool. 

My coordinator did not make a big deal of things like before but she did have her OMGees and WOWs.  We worked out for an hour and it really felt good.  No pain at the port site at all.  I think i'm ready to get this weightloss up and running. 

I just need to find a ROUTINE!
